Charles Marie Williams was born in Bossier City Louisiana on March 3,1946 to Joe Lee and Lula Betty Williams. She departed this life at the age of 80 on August 13, 2026, under the care of Hospice Savannah.
Charles Marie spent most of her young life in the city of Bossier and from a young age she was devoted and unwavering in her Christian faith. She married William Edgar Lee in June 1962 and together they had two daughters. In 1991, she moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area and was employed at Hartsfield International Airport until her retirement in 2008.
Charles Marie was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Lolita Germaine Lee, her mother Lula Betty, her father Joe Lee, and her younger sister Connie Diane Willis. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter, Ulysess Chevell Lee, her granddaughter, Candace Ulysess McNeal, her grandson, Quency Adaryll Lee, great-grandson, William Ulysess LaRon Fripp, all of Savannah, four sisters, Catherine Ann Moore and Herise Brooks Davis (Roger) of Louisiana, Princetta June Williams, and Palimor Ann Williams of Texas, five brothers, Billy Joe Williams (Dorothy) of Dallas, Texas, Melvin Ray Moore Jr. (Cathy) of Georgia, Danny DWayne Moore (Susan) of Denver, Colorado, Elvis Victor Williams, and Terri Lynn Moore (Cherri) of Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice Savannah for their genuine care, concern and commitment to the wellbeing of our beloved Charles Marie and her family.
